About this Role

We are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic classroom teacher to lead the next stage of our development as we grow from a one form entry to a two form local school of choice.


 We are seeking an ambitious classroom teacher who:

 

·         Has a strong pedagogical knowledge and understanding of KS2 curriculum

·         Is passionate about the development of children

·         Can make a positive impact on pupil outcomes

·         Has high aspirations for pupil’s achievement and behavior

·         Is able to plan, organise and resource a stimulating learning environment

·         Enjoys working as part of a forward-thinking, aspirational team

·         Understands the key principles of the Little Wandle phonics and Maths Mastery approaches

·         Is committed to professional development to enhance own practice
