We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work on a one to one basis with a named student to give them every opportunity to make
expected progress by supporting them in accessing the whole curriculum during their time at the academy. You will have a genuine
passion and belief in the potential of every pupil and be able to relate to
young people and adults within the learning environment and be versatile,
resilient and able to adapt your practice wherever necessary to support across
all key stages. The successful candidate will also contribute towards the
provision of care, guidance and support for our SEND students.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis with funding linked to the student, working for 37
hours per week, term time plus 5 development days (39 working weeks).
