About this Role

Come and be part of our brilliant support staff community by joining our Inclusion Team! We are looking for Teaching Assistants who will promote the inclusion of all our students to work for 32 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (school term time plus 1 week).

In order to support this aim we are looking for Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team of support staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities to our students. In liaison with the class teacher, you will work with students to target identified learning needs. You will also provide practical support in the classroom to students who have recognised learning needs, supporting them to achieve their potential. In addition, you will work with subject teachers to ensure lesson materials are used effectively in order for students to make the expected progress towards their target levels.

You will have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil and be able to relate to young people and adults within the learning environment and be versatile, resilient and able to adapt your practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages.

We are keen to ensure that we support the physical and mental wellbeing of our staff, this pledge is further supported by our Staff Charter.
