    Achievement Support Assistant – 5 Days Per Week (32.5 hrs)
    Actual starting salary = £18,808.79
     

    Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them to thrive? We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Achievement Support Assistant to join our friendly team at Westcott Primary School.

    The successful candidate will:
    • build positive relationships with children and staff
    • support children’s learning, confidence and independence
    • have high expectations and a nurturing approach
    • be committed to making a difference every day

    Experience of working with children with additional needs would be beneficial, but most importantly we are looking for someone who shares our values and believes every child can succeed.
