    We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Achievement Support Assistant to join our team for 2 days per week.

    The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across school, working with children to help them achieve their best academically, socially and emotionally. We are looking for someone who builds positive relationships, has high expectations and is committed to ensuring all children feel supported, included and valued.

    The role will include supporting learning within the classroom, delivering interventions, promoting positive behaviour and working alongside teachers and other members of the team to meet the needs of our children.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • is passionate about helping children succeed;
    • has a positive, flexible and proactive approach;
    • works well as part of a team;
    • understands the importance of building strong relationships with children and families.
