Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the SEU unit with creativity and resilience, ensuring high-quality education for all students.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff, parents, and external providers to enhance support for pupils with complex needs.
  • Promote a diverse curriculum and a range of extra-curricular activities that engage and inspire learners.
  • Drive continuous school improvement initiatives that benefit students, staff, and the wider community.
