About This Role
As a Cover Teacher you will play a vital role in the
smooth running of the school, providing cover for absent teachers on a
day-to-day or longer-term basis. The role of Cover Teacher is essential in the
smooth running of our school, and requires excellent communication skills,
adaptability, and confidence in managing a classroom. Your main
responsibilities will include supervising classes using pre-prepared work,
ensuring that learners remain on task, and managing behaviour effectively to
maintain a positive learning environment.
