What does the role involve?
A Teaching Assistant will provide essential support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education. Key responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation and delivery, supporting individual and small group learning, and promoting positive behavior and engagement. The role also involves helping pupils with additional needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment, and undertaking administrative tasks as required. Teaching Assistants play a critical part in fostering academic progress and personal development for all students.
