Higher Level Teaching Assistant Post- 3.75 Hours a week
Starting 1st September 2026
We are a thriving, growing village school, located in the Oxfordshire village of Southmoor. We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with children across our school, supporting them in their learning. Applicants should be able to work well in a team and be flexible, have a positive outlook and high expectations of all children. A good standard of numeracy and literacy (GCSE grade A – C/ Grade 9-4) is required in this role. The HLTA role complements the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
