“Strong
relationships underpin life at John Blandy… Staff provide a high level of care
to each other, parents and the pupils.” (Ofsted November 2021)
John Blandy Primary School is a growing and successful school with happy, well-motivated and hardworking children and staff. We offer a supportive environment to new members of staff in which professional development is valued. We are part of the Cambrian Learning Trust, a nine school multi-academy trust, which was established on 1st April 2012.
Applicants should be able to work well in a team and be flexible, have a positive outlook and high expectations of all children and have a good standard of numeracy and literacy (GCSE grade A – C / Grade 9-4). The HLTA role complements the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed so that you can experience our wonderful school first-hand.
This role can be combined with our TA position currently being advertised.
Experience in Early years may be beneficial.
Cambrian Learning
Trust are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and preventing

share in this commitment. All post holders in regulated activity are subject to

Service (DBS) Enhanced Check. Shortlisted candidates will be subject to online searches for
