About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sixth Form Communications Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and pastoral support within a busy and vibrant Sixth Form environment. Acting as the first point of contact for students, parents and staff, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their Sixth Form journey.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day Sixth Form communications, attendance monitoring, events administration, student records and bursary processes, while supporting the smooth delivery of key Sixth Form activities including parents’ evenings, induction events, open evenings and results day. You will also maintain online platforms, website content and student data systems (Arbor), while helping to promote Sixth Form activities and achievements across the school community.

This role requires excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, alongside the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced educational setting. Experience of school administration systems, event coordination and working with young people would be advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is professional, approachable and committed to supporting student success and wellbeing within a thriving Sixth Form.
