We are looking to appoint a passionate and inspirational
Faculty Leader of Social Sciences to join our academy. This is an exciting
opportunity for a committed and motivated professional to develop the faculty
provision within the Academy and ensure that our students excel. To succeed,
you will be an ambitious professional with the ability to lead teaching and learning
across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and have the vision, energy, and proven track
record to ensure that our students are engaged and eager to learn and gain a
rewarding and creative experience.
The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive
team; there is a very strong commitment to improving standards. The appointed
candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by
our teaching and learning team including Lead Practitioners and a strong SLT.
