The academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident person, who will work well as a Careers Lead. The successful candidate will promote the academy ethos of working together; supporting individuals, Work hard; be kind and MCA TRAITS by leading by example and by leading on the provision of a wide a range of impartial careers information, advice and guidance to students in Years 7-13.
To succeed, you will have a good level of GCSE qualification or equivalent in English and Maths, experience of working or desire to work with children in an educational setting and proven experience of working under pressure to deadlines.
The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a Catering Supervisor, and strong SLT.
