Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity?

Mildenhall College Academy are seeking to expand our pool of Exam Invigilators who are able to work on an ad-hoc basis to cover exam sessions at the Academy.  Duties will include the supervision of exams to ensure the proper conduct with regards to procedures, expectations and behaviour is always adhered to within the exam setting.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, have a pro-active approach and the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to relate well to staff and students. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.

Why choose Mildenhall College Academy? Mildenhall College Academy is an inclusive academy. We support all students, regardless of starting point, to achieve their potential and develop the skills necessary for employment and life.

We pride ourselves on delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, where all students can discover the diversity of different subjects and experiences, both within and outside of the academy. We encourage our staff to make teaching and learning engaging and challenging.

We believe that a curriculum which meets the needs and aspirations of all young people, leads to strong academic progress. Qualifications are important but they need to be accompanied by other skills. We achieve this through our STAR and LORIC values.

In return, you can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.

Are you ready to make a difference and join our journey? If you wish to learn more information and apply for the role of Casual Exam Invigilator, please see our application pack and visit our careers page.

Our ATT2030 Vision means we meet our young people where they are at and refuse to leave them there.  Our pupils will leave us capable, competent and confident and take their place in the community of educated people.  Our staff will be cared for, developed and they will be capable, competent and confident.  We would love to hear from those who want to join us in that mission.

The successful applicant will undertake an enhanced DBS criminal record check, and online searches will be carried out in line with KCSIE update 2025.  We are committed to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and welcome all applications.  We are open to Flexible Working.
