  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff both inside and outside the classroom to provide high-quality support for pupils.
  • Support the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of individual pupils and groups, with a clear understanding of how children learn.
  • Help maximise pupil attainment and accelerate progress through effective and targeted support strategies.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
