About this Role

1:1 SEN Classroom Support Professional with General Classroom Support

30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, term time only

Temporary, attached to a child

Starting: 2nd Sept or as soon as possible in September

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications ranging TA grade 2-3 plus SEN allowance

We are excited to offer multiple vacancies for a caring classroom support professional, with experience of working with young children with SEN. The ideal candidate will be able to help develop social and communication skills, offer emotional support and help the child access the curriculum. The right person will be able to work alongside a small, established team, have a good sense of humour, good communication skills, be organised and punctual, have excellent behaviour management and motivation techniques and be committed to high quality care and education.  The role will be linked to a child with additional needs but for one or two of these vacancies, we will combine this with the duties of a general classroom support professional and you will carry out general class interventions in the afternoon, across the school.
