The academy offers an exciting
opportunity for a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic person to join our
strong committed team at Beacon Academy as a Learning Lead (HLTA 2). This
is a permanent role and involves working within our Internal Support
Provision, "The Quay," across the whole age and ability range.
This post provides an exciting opportunity to work with students who respond
well to a professional who can build strong relationships, manage complex
behaviours, and deliver a broad range of learning activities.
Wellspring Academy Trust and
Beacon Academy believe in investing in our staff. We have a strong CPD offer,
and all new staff will receive a supportive induction programme. This post may
be of interest to an experienced practitioner looking for a permanent contract
or someone specialised in SEN and SEMH.
