About the role

Are you passionate about Religious Education and driven to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people? We believe that Religious Education is not just a subject, it's a vital part of developing well-rounded, thoughtful and socially conscious individuals. We are seeking an inspiring, committed and enthusiastic RE Teacher to join our successful Humanities department.  You will deliver high-quality, engaging and inclusive RE lessons across Key Stages 3–5, encouraging pupils to explore diverse religious worldviews, ethical issues and philosophical thought. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team committed to academic excellence and holistic development.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and a relevant degree in RE, Theology, Philosophy or a related subject, with the ability to teach across Key Stages 3 to 5. You will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL. A strong commitment to high standards, pupil wellbeing and the wider academy community is essential.

What we offer

We are committed to being a supportive, caring and rewarding place to work and learn, and to being an employer of choice. A full overview of our offer, including staff benefits, our People Plan and what our staff say about working with us, can be found in the supporting documents attached.
