Achievement Support Assistant - Interventions –
Grade 4 SCP 5-7 (£25,583 pro-rata, actual salary £10,127.80)
17.5 hours per week
12:00pm – 3:30pm Mon-Fri (which includes lunchtime duty)
Fixed-term until 31/08/2026 initially
Term-time only (190days per year)

We are looking for a dynamic, committed and innovative individual to join our team as an Achievement Support Assistant – Interventions. This role involves delivering specific interventions to individuals and groups of pupils in order for them to overcome barriers and close gaps in their learning.
Previous experience of working in a primary school is essential.
Any experience of delivering interventions to pupils is desirable, however full training will be given to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of working
in a primary or nursery setting

Hold a Level 2 learning
support qualification

interpersonal skills

vulnerable children and be flexible to meet their needs
