Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for helping people and a knack for problem‑solving? We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Technician to support our staff and students across multiple academy sites in West London.

This hands-on role is primarily based at Ormiston Bridge Academy, but flexibility to travel between our London academies is essential.

As an IT Technician, you’ll be a key part of our on‑site technical support team delivering high‑quality first‑line and some second‑line support, while also getting involved in exciting developments as part of our cloud‑first transformation programme.

You will play a vital role in:

• Providing responsive, approachable support to staff and students
• Building strong, trusted relationships across each academy
• Supporting the delivery and management of cloud-first initiatives
• Offering technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
• Working with senior staff to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, and the wider school community

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in providing IT support in a workplace environment.
• Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobiles).
• Confident using Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
