About this Role

Freeman's Endowed Junior CE Academy is a friendly, inclusive, nurturing school with a big family feel, where everyone is treated with kindness, respect and understanding - our children love coming to school every day! Our staff work incredibly hard to provide an ambitious curriculum so that our children receive the best possible education. • Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
  • Is able to deliver high quality first teaching
  • Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
  • Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member
  • Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school

In return, we can offer you:

  • A welcoming and caring school, that encourages everyone to give their best at all times, that aims to contribute all they can to our life as a school community
  • A collaborative and supportive school community that is underpinned by the Christian ethos, driven by a shared passion of children’s welfare and education
  • Excellent CPD opportunities
  • A rewarding and exciting working environment, that inspires and challenges within a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Access to a vast array of employee benefits and recognition systems, via our partnership with Vivup
