Silverdale School is seeking to appoint an outstanding and compassionate Assistant Headteacher – Head of Sixth Form, to join our highly successful Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven leader to shape and lead a thriving Sixth Form, ensuring that every student is supported to achieve exceptional outcomes and progress to ambitious next steps. 

As Head of Sixth Form, you will provide strategic leadership of our post-16 provision, creating a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and clear ambition. You will lead on student progress, wellbeing and destinations, ensuring that all students are known, supported and challenged to succeed. You will also play a key role in shaping a rich Sixth Form experience, including academic excellence, personal development and meaningful enrichment opportunities.
