About this Role

We are seeking a committed and highly organised SEND Manager to join our inclusive and forward‑thinking school community within the 3–18 Education Trust. Working closely with the SENDCo and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating high‑quality provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about removing barriers to learning, promoting independence, and ensuring that every child is supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

As SEND Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day organisation of SEND provision, act as a key point of contact for staff, families and external agencies, and line‑manage the Teaching Assistant team to ensure support is effective and impactful. You will be central to statutory processes, including annual reviews and access arrangements, and will contribute to a strong culture of inclusion across the school. In return, we offer the chance to work in a collaborative Trust committed to professional development, high expectations and making a real difference to the lives of young people. If you are proactive, compassionate and ready to take the next step in SEND leadership, we would welcome your application.
