Welcome to Bridgnorth Endowed School
Founded in 1503, Bridgnorth Endowed School has a long history of educational excellence, with strong community ties at its core. Since joining The 3-18 Education Trust in September 2023, we have been building on our legacy of creating a vibrant, supportive environment where every student can flourish.
We are incredibly proud of our close-knit school community. Staff and students work side by side to achieve outstanding results, and visitors often comment on the respectful attitude of our students. It is that culture of mutual support and kindness that makes Bridgnorth Endowed such a special place.
Becoming part of The 3-18 Education Trust has brought some exciting developments, from a newly designed reception area that enhances safeguarding, to upgraded changing rooms. Our teachers benefit from regular professional development and collaboration with colleagues across the Trust. Many of our leaders also contribute as Trust Improvement Consultants, helping to shape best practice throughout the wider network.
At Bridgnorth Endowed, we are committed to delivering the highest quality education to every child. Our values of kindness, trust, aspiration, resilience, and respect are at the heart of everything we do, guiding students to grow into confident, successful, and well-rounded young people.
As a smaller school, we are able to offer a more personalised approach to education, supporting the individual needs of each student. We set high standards for positive learning behaviours and encourage every student to take pride in meeting them. Our dedicated teachers and support staff work hard to provide the coaching and guidance our students need to thrive—both in school and beyond.
