About this Role

Temporary position until July 2026

What you’ll do:

Prepare and cook meals to meet daily menus and government guidelines.
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, completing all compliance paperwork.
Support special events and deputise for the Chef Manager when required.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure attractive food presentation.

What we’re looking for:

Level 2 Food Safety and NVQ (or equivalent) in cooking.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
A team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and use kitchen management software.
