About this Role

Temporary position until July 2026

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and cook meals to meet daily menus and government guidelines.
  • Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, completing all compliance paperwork.
  • Support special events and deputise for the Chef Manager when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure attractive food presentation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 2 Food Safety and NVQ (or equivalent) in cooking.
  • Previous catering experience and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
  • A team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and use kitchen management software.
