We are seeking to appoint an Assistant School Business Manager and HR Lead to support the responsibilities of the School Business Manager and to provide a professional and empathic HR service to the school and its staff.
The successful candidate will support the efficient management of the day-to-day operations of the school and lead on HR ensuring all elements and key processes are completed to statutory and Trust guidelines.
This is an ideal ‘next steps’ professional opportunity for an aspiring Secondary School Business Manager or an experienced Primary School Business Manager who is keen to develop their practice in a supportive, ambitious and welcoming school.
