of our good and outstanding academies operates at the heart of their local
communities. The Foundation’s central offices are based at Sir John Deane’s
Sixth Form College campus set in beautiful grounds.
This role is based at The County High School, Leftwich, which is a high
performing, fully inclusive, co-educational, 11-16 school with approximately
1050 students, 60 teaching and 60 support staff. The school serves a
mixed catchment area with a Published Admission Number of 210, and we are now
significantly over-subscribed.

About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Lead SEND Practitioner to
join our thriving, hardworking SEND team at The County High School Leftwich on
a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for providing high quality support for students,
including teaching small groups; for planning and delivering targeted
interventions and helping to remove barriers to learning so that students can
make strong progress, develop confidence and participate fully in school
life.
