OUR SCHOOL
The Grove Academy is a multiform entry primary school with a nursery, situated within large school grounds. We celebrate a culture of collaboration; working to bring pupils, staff and community together to achieve the best outcomes for our pupils. We are committed to supporting our pupils and aim to be an inclusive school that meets the needs of every pupil. We have 5 key values that are displayed around the school and are regularly referred to: Courage, Responsibility, Family, Respect    and Enjoyment. These values are celebrated at every opportunity as we work hard to embed them with both pupils, staff and parents. We are committed to providing high quality education and experiences for each and every one of our pupils and look forward to welcoming new members of staff that will work with us to achieve this.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work either 1:1 or with small groups of children within an adapted provision. You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will be well-supported by experienced colleagues and the class teacher, working collaboratively to meet the needs of each child and promote positive outcomes.

This role is linked to High Needs Funding and will continue until the child leaves the school or the funding ends, whichever is sooner
