About Aspire Academies Trust

ASPIRE ACADEMIES TRUST

Aspire Academies Trust is a family of schools that have come together to make a difference to the lives of our children. Our goal is to provide all children in our care with the best possible opportunities to succeed, despite their age, ability or background.

We aim to create a network that is truly supportive. We value expertise and encourage high-quality collaborations that give our community a voice and an opportunity to be heard. Collaboration across the Trust enables us to capture great ideas and make innovative improvements.

Aspire Academies Trust offers a variety of core services to our schools, so they can focus their attention on the children, teaching and learning.

OUR SCHOOLS

VALUES

At Aspire we have strong values and expect our staff to believe in them, share them and work to them.

WHY WORK FOR US?

Networking
There are many opportunities for collaboration at Aspire. We regularly create ways of working in partnership across the Trust, for example shared INSET, working parties, forums for business, education, governance and more. We urge you to seek these opportunities out, take advantage of them as learning opportunities and use them as a stepping stone to further your development and career progression.

Career Progression & Performance Management
We host regular virtual career sessions, to discuss the ambitions of our staff and how we can support their development. We always aim to fill leadership vacancies from within the Trust wherever possible. Performance management is also incredibly important. All staff have 3 meetings a year with their reviewer, which encourage wellbeing and development discussions.

CPD
We are aligned to two teaching school hubs and have our own training arm of the organisation. This gives everyone the opportunity to develop within their own unique role, which is extremely important to us. Our School Improvement Team also work hard to highlight roles that could be developed and supported through internal training, which is often set up cross-trust at no additional cost to the school.

Governance
With a dedicated Governance officer as part of the Central Services Team, we make sure that we have the best Governance in place, with the skills and experience needed to support in a variety of areas across the Trust.

Leave
There are many types of leave available to employees, from career breaks and study leave to work experience at another school within our Trust.

Pension Schemes
You will be auto-enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme for support staff although you have the option to opt out if you wish.

School Lunch
We appreciate that schools are busy places therefore a free school meal is available for every member of staff.

Employee Assistance Programme
A positive, preventative programme of information, advice, training and services that help employees deal with events and issues in their everyday work and personal life, including access to a 24/7, 365 confidential helpline.

Free Parking
All schools and the Central Services office has space for free parking for staff members
