We're seeking a dynamic Business Studies Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. As part of our team, you'll engage students of all abilities, sparking their interest in the inner workings of businesses and equipping them with the practical knowledge needed to navigate the world of commerce.

Sir Herbert Leon Academy is a vibrant 11-19 Mixed Comprehensive school in Bletchley, South Milton Keynes. Our close-knit community boasts 587 learners and 100 dedicated teachers and support staff. The senior leadership team prioritizes well-being, offering a clear line management structure, a centralised behavior system, and a robust program for professional development. Our relatively small size allows for quick development of strong relationships with both colleagues and students. This fosters a collaborative environment where you can tailor your lessons to best meet individual needs.

Our students are at the centre of everything we do. We strive to empower them to excel in Business Studies and develop a love of lifelong learning. Our core purpose is to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to lead fulfilling and successful lives in the business world.
