Nyland School is a specialist SEMH Primary School
in Swindon for children with social, emotional and mental health needs. We aim
to build an ethos of emotional awareness and understanding and we celebrate the

an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team, supporting our most
vulnerable students and their families.

All About You
Do
you have what it takes to join us? The Family Support Worker we would like to
join us will be:
· Qualified
to NVQ3 Level in Childcare and Education / Youth Services / Health and Social
Care (or equivalent).
· Experienced
in working with students, families, carers and external agencies such as CAMHS.
· Experienced
in working in a school or education environment.
· Organised, compassionate and ambitious for our students.
