The role: Pupil Support Officer

The hours: 37  hours per week. Term Time Only. Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.15pm. Fridays: 8.00am to 2.15pm

Contract: Permanent 

Salary:  Actual Salary: £22,005.57 to £25,023.76

Start: 1st September 2025

Nyland is an SEMH Primary School in Swindon for children with social, emotional and mental health needs. We aim to build an ethos of emotional awareness and understanding and we celebrate the diversity and uniqueness in our school.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an organised and effective administrator to join our hard-working office team as a Pupil Services Officer, providing a high quality administration service within our school office. All About You 

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Pupil Services Officer we would like to join us will be: 

A friendly, organised and experienced School Administrator. 

An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. 

Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths. 

Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook. 

Passionate about working in a school environment.
