We are
looking for an inspirational teacher and confident leader with experience of
whole school initiatives, and a proven track record of sustained impact. As the
Data and Progress Lead you will, in the first instance lead and manage data,
assessment and reporting. You will be
responsible for the strategic use of data and the creation of timetable
structures to support the curriculum. This person will therefore require a strategic
mind and the ability to work in a methodical way, as well as having the skillset
to liaise with a wide range of staff and lead a team whilst considering the priorities
of the whole school.
