Main Purpose of the Role

Director of Personal Development & Enrichment to lead this work — shaping a

As Director of Personal
Development & Enrichment at Aston University Engineering Academy, you will
lead a mission-critical agenda: designing an ecosystem where enrichment,
careers, wellbeing, and character are seamlessly integrated into the student experience.

lead at scale, and deliver measurable impact — this role offers the platform to
