Our Primary Phase needs an inspiring Year 5 teacher!
Do you believe in a child-centred approach where every
aspect of the curriculum is celebrated? Would you like to work in a ‘good’
school where teachers are supported to improve and develop their teaching
careers? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Cromwell Community College
inspires children to grow into happy, respectful, and confident individuals
thriving in a supportive community. Our curriculum is designed to ignite
curiosity and discovery through exciting opportunities that make the most of what
the local area offers, providing space to imagine and create.
If you are ready for the
next chapter of your career, we would love to hear from you. You will join a
positive and welcoming environment, contributing to the development of a highly
collaborative teaching team. The primary phase, opened in 2020, will grow to a
two-form entry school over time. The successful candidate will help shape both
indoor and outdoor learning spaces and work closely with the primary team to
refine curriculum and assessment practices.
The school offers a developed ITT programme, providing opportunities to work with trainees, and includes its own sixth form. The primary phase benefits from regular 6th form students as part of work experience.
