About this Role

Our school is proud to be part of Anthem, a multi-academy trust that creates ambitious and successful schools where every child thrives.

Benjamin Adlard Primary School is a thriving and happy school in the heart of Gainsborough, with a strong community focus and close links with families. Benjamin Adlard Primary School works hard to make a difference by ensuring children enjoy coming to school, are happy to learn and leave each day full of enthusiasm for what they might learn next, while raising aspirations, promoting independence and building resilience for the future.

About the role

Lead the day-to-day operation of the EYFS Inclusion Base, providing high-quality, tailored support for pupils with a range of complex needs, including communication, behavioural, social, emotional and pre-verbal development.

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCO, and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions, create a safe and nurturing environment, and promote pupil wellbeing, engagement and progress.

The role involves planning and delivering personalised provision, supporting communication and sensory needs, monitoring progress, and contributing to an inclusive, consistent whole-school approach. You will also oversee staff within the provision, build strong relationships with families, and ensure effective safeguarding at all times.

Benefits

As part of Anthem Schools Trust, staff benefit from a supportive working environment and access to a range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing support, professional development opportunities and financial benefits.

Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff, visitors and volunteers to share this commitment. All post holders are subject to an Enhanced DBS check, suitable references and other essential checks. Staff involved in recruitment and selection are trained in safer recruitment, and all staff and volunteers undertake child protection training.
