We are looking for a Casual Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team on a part time, term time only basis. You will work under the direction of teaching staff to support learning, inclusion, and the well-being of pupils, including those with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
  • Assisting with the preparation of resources and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
  • Helping pupils to access learning, develop independence, and thrive socially and emotionally
  • Contributing to behaviour management and facilitating positive play and activities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Is caring, enthusiastic, and can work flexibly as part of a team
  • Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable)
  • Can show initiative, communicate effectively, and promote inclusion for all
