opportunity to undertake the formal SENDCO qualification, followed with full
responsibility for SEND and a TLR 3 payment? If so, we look forward to hearing

In this role you will work directly
with our Vice Principal (SENDCO), whilst completing your induction period,
supporting SEND at our school and receiving on-the-job training and support. On
successful completion of the induction period you will commence formal SENDCO
training and assume the role of SENDCO at our school.
To excel in this role you will have
experience of working with pupils with additional needs, either in mainstream
or special settings, and have knowledge in the areas of SEMH, ASD, Attachment
and Trauma, SpLD and therapeutic approaches in supporting young people.
