The successful applicant will be passionate about their subject and will have the ability to teach Music to KS3 and KS4 students. The ability to teach A Level Music is desirable. Applications from unqualified teachers will be considered.
The music department has a growing extra-curricular provision including concerts, bi-annual school productions, musical ensembles and opportunities with the feeder primary schools as well as within the community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help develop this further.
