We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join us on a one-year maternity cover basis from September 2026. This role offers the possibility of teaching Media and Drama either as part of a split timetable or as a primary focus. We are looking for a collaborative individual to join our community and help us to create a positive and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.

A Day in the Life:

You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

• Planning, designing and producing teaching materials and resources which are appropriate to age and ability in consultation with the Head of Department. 
• Managing the classroom and teaching equipment so as to create a positive learning environment which makes effective use of available resources.
• Facilitating the progress and general well-being of students, providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters.
