About this Role

Are you an organised, proactive individual with exceptional communication skills looking for an exciting opportunity? 

If so, we are seeking a dedicated and friendly Administrative Assistant to be a part of our vibrant school community.

This is a varied administrative position with responsibilities across cover, admissions, and you will: 

  • Play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy secondary academy, coordinating staff cover arrangements and supporting key operational functions using Arbor.
  • Be the welcoming face of the school, providing excellent customer service to students, parents, staff and visitors through reception and administrative support.
  • Support a range of school functions including admissions, attendance, HR and communications, helping to ensure an outstanding experience for families and staff.
  • Join a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering opportunities to develop skills in school administration, HR processes, admissions and stakeholder engagement.
