The Opportunity
We are seeking a
proactive, reliable and skilled Site Agent to join our dedicated team and play
a vital role in ensuring our school remains a safe, secure and welcoming
environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
This is a varied
and rewarding role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards
and enjoys a hands-on approach to facilities management. The successful
candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, security,
maintenance and presentation of our school site, helping to ensure that our
pupils can learn and thrive in an environment that is safe, clean and well
maintained.
Working closely
with the Principal, School Business Manager and wider staff team, you will contribute to
the smooth running of the school through effective site management, compliance
monitoring and maintenance activities.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Split shift 6:40 am - 10:00 am and 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Weeks: 52 Weeks Per Year
Salary: SCP point 7 – 10 (£26,403 - £27,694)
Start Date: September 2026
