Children, staff, parents, governors and volunteers agree that our strength is our community spirit, which creates a caring, supportive and happy environment. We have high achieving children, and we aim to inspire all, staff, governors and children, to reach their full potential. The children are exceptionally well-behaved children. We are looking to welcome a Premises Assistant. To support in the day to day operations, maintenance, and security of the school site, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors at all times. Working as part of a supportive and community-focused team, the Premises Assistant will undertake a wide range of practical duties, including basic maintenance, compliance checks, site security, and event support, contributing directly to the smooth and efficient operation of the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, reliable, and hands-on individual who takes pride in their work and has a strong commitment to high standards of health & safety and safeguarding. The role requires good practical/DIY skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the school environment. A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role, along with a willingness to undertake further training, including minibus driver training.
