Wilmington Primary School

We are a one form entry primary school at the centre of Wilmington village.
The building has many break spaces and a large tree lined, landscaped field. We provide a stimulating creative curriculum linking English and maths across the wide range of subject themes.

We pride ourselves on being welcoming with motivated and well-behaved children, enthusiastic and friendly staff, dedicated and supportive governors and many willing parents who give time and energy to provide financial, social and academic enrichment across the curriculum.

We want our children to grow into compassionate, positive, resilient and confident adults, who are team players, as well as life-long learners.

Our motto is ‘sharing and caring as we learn together’ and we aim to develop our staff. We work alongside the other schools in our Trust to offer development and collaboration, supporting the vision and the work that we are all doing.

We have appointed highly motivated, supportive and committed support staff and teachers who deliver exciting learning every lesson, every day, so that all our students reach their full potential.
