We have an exciting opportunity for a Subject Leader of History to join Stamford Welland Academy! You will play a key role in leading the subject team and providing class teachers with expert subject knowledge. Your wealth of experience and knowledge will provide valuable support and guidance to promote a positive learning environment within the curriculum team.
The successful applicant will have a sharp understanding of what quality-first planning and teaching looks like, the emotional intelligence required to coach and grow others, and an unswerving commitment to ensuring the very best possible outcomes for students. They will be dedicated to really bring History to life for students both within lessons and beyond them, through opportunities such as guest speakers, clubs and trips.
The successful candidate will be expected to attend
leadership meetings and work closely with Senior Leaders and fellow Curriculum
Leaders on whole school curriculum leadership. In return for your passion,
