An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting both teachers and our learners.
The post holder will be vital in helping learners to build independence, stay focused and engaged in the tasks and lessons, help explain different tasks and activities, assist with a wide range of classroom and school-based activities, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, working with small groups or individual learners to provide targeted support, and assisting with classroom management.
The successful candidate will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed-upon learning activities.
