About this Role

We are looking for an experienced assistant to support the Sixth form lead in tracking student progress, behavioral, emotional and social needs. 

The right candidate will need to support the KS5 Lead for sixth form in supporting the pastoral care of all the students, monitoring and evaluating student progress, via tutors and teaching staff, to promote pupil achievement and make a measurable contribution to the Sixth Form and whole school performance indicators.

What we are looking for: 

  • Experience of implementing successful school improvement projects 
  • Experience of organising extra curricular activities 
  • Experience of working with parents and other external providers 
  • Excellent knowledge of how to use systems, monitoring behaviors and attendance 
  • First aid trained or willing to learn
