About this Role

Would you like to make a difference in a school where you can?

Recently judged by Ofsted as Outstanding, Stratford Girls' Grammar School is an extraordinary place to work in, with high academic standards, a genuine community spirit and high levels of enthusiasm shown by our students. They are bright, engaged and highly motivated, hence results are outstanding at all levels. Without doubt, they are a stimulating group of young people to guide, support and work with.

In this very high-achieving and forward-looking school, we are looking to recruit an Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day organisation of the school and its events.

As Operations Officer, the successful candidate will need to:

  • be a calm, reliable and efficient individual
  • be well organised and pragmatic
  • have good IT and communication skills
  • be willing to learn new systems and processes
  • be able to remain calm under pressure.
  • promote the aims, objectives and values of the school, and embrace the school’s commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity at all times.

We can offer you:

  • a friendly, caring, supportive and inclusive ethos for students and staff
  • a lovely working environment
  • a professional, collaborative team of Associate Staff who manage the ‘behind the scenes’ operations of the school
  • an employer who is committed to the wellbeing of all staff
  • membership of the LGPS Pension scheme

This school is committed to safeguarding, equality of opportunity, and promoting the welfare of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required. This post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
