About this Role

We are seeking an outstanding member of the support team to join one of our teaching departments to support students across KS3, 4 and 5. Successful candidates will also become members of our Innovations and Inclusion team. This is an ideal post for aspiring teachers.

Excellent organisational skills, proficiency in the use of IT and a good understanding of how to enable students with special educational needs to access the curriculum are essential.  This role does carry additional responsibility to support with personal care.

You should be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every child and be an outstanding role model in your own practice.

·          38% of all GCSE grades were the highest levels of 9-7 compared to 22% nationally

·          67% of all students achieved 9-5 including English and Maths

·          93% achieving EBacc

·           31% of A Level grades resulted in an A or A* grade and 86% of Health & Social Care students achieved D*- D enabling many students to secure a place into their first-choice universities and degree apprenticeships.
