About this Role

Role: Assistant Operations Manager

Work pattern: 37 hours per week/ 39 weeks per year (Term Tine Only plus Insert days)

Contract Term: Permanent

The role:

The Assistant Operations Manager role offers a varied workload with a broad range of responsibilities across the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of reception services, office administration, and customer service. In addition, they will provide support to the Operations Manager and Headteacher contributing to the overall effective operation of the school.

The person:

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong administrative and good line management skills. They will be flexible and able to both lead by example and delegate effectively. The successful candidate will be a team player but also decisive when required.

They will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and deal with competing demands, keeping a focus on delivering excellent service to staff, families and visitors alike.
